Hey guys, my comeback!!! ;A; Finally!!! *claps* Yeah, this is like the continuation of 'Eventually, you will say Oops!', my Japan x Reader fanfic. This is after the break-up, and again this is based on Super Junior KRY + Sungmin and Donghae's song In My Dream. Though I made an English cover with the girl's POV.

Hushed whispers echoed in my head

"K-Kiku?!" You gasped as Kiku slowly walked towards you, and flashed a smile. Yes, flashed a smile. You have been suffering for three months, after the official break-up. "W-what are you doing here?" You asked, trying to stop your tears from falling but failing miserably.

"(Name), why are you crying?" He tried to wipe your tears away but you shivered at his touch.

"(Name)?" He asked you, worry in his eyes.

"I-I thought that y-you hate me..." you sniffed, now wiping your tears yourself.

He slightly giggled, letting the smile rest on his face. He gently held both of your hands and again whispered,


"Why would I?"


I looked at him, my heart held fear
But he said the words I've longed to hear
"Please do not cry, I won't leave you
There's no goodbye"


You hiccuped and again he giggled, "Kiku-ah, I am-"

"Shhhh. Don't cry." He whispered as he stroked your cheeks.

"I won't leave you, not again." He said as he played with your hands and kissed your forehead.


But when I ran into his arms
He slowly walked away
And I was woken up by the sun's rays
My tear-soaked pillow is what's left of that dream
Mornings are always like this, my love


"Kiku!" You shouted in glee, new set of tears falling down your cheeks as you looked up to him and he let go of your hands. But his beautiful smile turned into a mischievous smirk and he laughed at you then walked away, leaving you dumb-founded and hurt. "I would never love you-"

"DON'T LEAVE!!!" You shouted as you sat up, tightly gripping unto your blanket, shivering.

"A..... Dream?" You asked yourself as you closed your eyes, for the sun's rays were definitely blinding. You looked at your pillow and touched it. It was soaked in tears and you reached out to your cheeks. Your cheeks were wet too.

Again, you looked at your pillow. "Why is it always the same?" You covered your face as you sobbed.


I wish that I could stay forever in my dream
And if I ever wake, he's still with me
They say I should let go, but I miss him still
And I close my eyes, wishing I'll meet him tonight


You sat on your couch, letting a sigh escape your pale lips. Another horrible day for you. Mountains of paper work, suitors chasing you, work mates sucking up to you, boss ordering you around. It was hell.

"W-what? When did I fall asleep?" You asked, wiping off drool from your cheeks. You stood up and something fell. A blanket.


He approached me and flashed a smile
I nodded my head, it's been a while
Oh how I miss the smile in his eyes
That tells me I'm his girl


You could smell sushi. The delicious aroma came from the kitchen and before you could even take a step, somebody came out from the kitchen. "(Name), you're awake." He smiled as he handed you tea.

"Kiku?! what are you doing here?" You asked, obviously flabbergasted yet you took the cup and drank Kiku's tea.

"Taking care of you, my love. What else is my reason?" He jokingly asked and stood up. You contently smiled at his comment, thinking about how his eyes glittered when he called you 'my love'.


But why is he walking away
With someone else he chose to stay
My eyes start to sting
I can't take in the unfolding scene


"Kiku, where are you going?" You asked your ex-boyfriend. He headed for the kitchen and you curiously followed him. You kept on drinking from the cup and finally, you reached the kitchen. You could hear laughter erupting from the room and the scene before you made you drop-dead from your tracks. You involuntarily dropped your mug.

"My love."


Is this a dream that I see?
Will someone please tell me?
It hurts to dream of things I want to forget
I cry and always wish upon a star
You'll come back to me right, my love


He was laughing with his new girlfriend, Emily. You met her once and she was very energetic, pretty, funny and kind. Your complete opposite after the break-up. Your tears once again threatened to fall, and your breathing got heavier.

"I don't want to see this-"

Kiku kissed Emily on the forehead,

"I don't want to-"

Kiku kissed Emily on the cheeks

"I don't-"

They kissed on the lips. Your legs weakened and you fell down the floor. Your tears started to soak your cheeks and you desperately tried to wipe them off, but the scene replayed in your head.


"I don't want this-" You wailed and sat up. "All, a dream?" You asked as you looked at the window, showing the moon and the endless sea of stars. You held your hands together and whispered,

"I want to see him again. I'm waiting for him, please... Kiku, come back."


I wish that I could stay forever in my dream
And if I ever wake, he's still with me
They say I should let go, but I miss him still
And I close my eyes, wishing I'll meet him tonight

Everything is disappearing now,
But my love is still here with me
And like in yesterday's dream, he'll sincerely tell me
"I'm always with you, you'll never be alone"


You shifted to your side and your hand hit something. Your eyes even bothered to open to see what you could've hit. "Kiku?!" You gasped as you sat up.

"W-what are y-you doing here?!" You asked as you looked around, trying to see if this is a dream or not. You were still in your room, lying on your bed that used to be yours and Kiku's. "(Name), are you alright? You were crying while sleeping." He asked as he
caressed your hair.

"I-I was?" You asked as you patted your cheeks, they were wet. "H-how did you get in here?!" You asked again.

"I was always here (Name). What's wrong with you?" He answered with a worried face as he placed his hand on your shoulders.

"I thought t-that you h-hate me... And you're w-w-with E-Emily..." You cried again as you hit his chest lightly. "I-idiot...." You blabbered. He smiled as he brushed off the stray hair on your face.

"I never left you."

He kissed you forehead.

"I'm always with you."

He kissed your nose.

He leaned to kiss you sweetly, and pulled away. He then pulled you into a very comforting hug and the words that he whispered made you soak his shirt with tears.



"You'll never be alone."

If I could only meet my love again today
If he comes back, I'll beg for him to stay

Your eyes suddenly sting and you sat up and rubbed your eyes, making an attempt to open them. You looked around, you were in your room. The same room that you were in last night. You sighed and looked at the window. "It's still night time." You looked at the moon.

The moon always looked very beautiful to you, but now it only made you feel worse.

You looked at your bed. No trace of Kiku's presence. Sighing, you again felt your pillow. "It's drenched." You muttered under your breath. Something fell on your hands. "Tears?" You asked as you failed to realize that you were already crying.

"I-I cry too m-much..." You smiled, but then your smile turned sour and you turned into a sobbing mess. "It's all my fault..." You hugged your knees and cried. silence filled the room as you slowly drifted to your sleep.

You felt a pair of warm arms hug you from behind. You smiled as again you wished that this dream would never end.
